Services Unbound:
How reshaping UK EU services trade accelerates growth

Our report argues that the UK’s most important economic sector—responsible for 81% of GDP and over 80% of jobs—is being held back by regulatory barriers, skills shortages and the need to rebuild cooperation with the EU, our largest trading partner.

We call for targeted action to rebuild lost links with the EU, including mutual recognition of qualifications, new mobility agreements, a long term commitment to data adequacy alignment and closer regulatory dialogue.
