Roundtable: UK-EU police and judicial cooperation post Brexit

The Commission and Europa Institute convened an expert panel to discuss police and judicial cooperation between the UK and EU post Brexit.

The results will be used to inform our work on such cooperation, the barriers that were put in place following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, the consequence of these barriers to communication and collaboration, and what steps might be taken to rebuild ties and further the work of police and judicial staff on both sides of the Channel.

The panel was made up of police and judicial experts and practitioners from Scotland and England, and by academics and other experts.
